Required European Female Customer Relation Management Coordinator in Dubai

We are a well-known company in UAE seeking a EUROPEAN FEMALE Customer Relation Specialist. The applicant should be professional, skilled, and presentable. Fluent in English is a MUST.          

Responsibilities:

  • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns.
  • Organize the Team schedules on daily basis.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions are taken.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Update customer information in the CRM database during and after each call.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer records and perform data entry.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the General Manager.

 Skills:

  • 1+ years of hands on administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of computer operating systems.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High level of accuracy and organization.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
